Exercise: Movements

First, move slowly and be aware of the space around you. Maybe c hange positions with the others and s lowly move around.
Now think of an animal. It can be your  favorite one, or one you know well like ..
  • Bird: how the bird will move?
  • Cat: How a cat will move?
  • Squarely: How a squarely will move?
  • Worm: How a worm will move?
Finally walk like that animal, and tray your senses; approach the point you started from. That is your spot. What is there? How many animals you can see from your spot?

TIPS
Animals always check before they enter a space in case there are depredators.
Animals have a moment of pause before stepping into the spot, l ike a cat when approaches a mouse slowly

Share experiences
Which animal do you choose? Why?

Exercise: Memories

By pairs, share the first memory of childhood you have with nature.
First think for about 3 minutes and then share your memory of childhood for other 3 minutes.
The pair listen without making questions or interrupting, and finally swop.
Back in the group, explain the other's person memory to the group.

Exercise: Landscape

Please close your eyes. Please, can you hear something?
1.  Can you hear something far from you?
2.  Can you hear something close to you?
3.  Can you hear something in front of you?
4.  Can you hear something behind you?
5.  Can you hear something next to you?
6.  Please feel your feet on the ground, how do you balance?

Open your eyes slowly, expand your vision. You can see the feet, the legs, now you can see the different colors, look at each person around you, and relax.

Why are you here? Express your gratitude to the ones who organized this activity, to the field, to the camp, to your family, to all that allowed you to come.

Exercise: Curiosity

By pairs, start walking and decide where to stop. Then ask random questions like:
I wonder what this plant name is; I wonder how long the roots are; How old is this plant?
...

Ask any question that comes to your mind even if you do not know the answer. Just make questions

Exercise: Pictures

By pairs, decide who is the photographer and who is the camera, that will keep the eyes closed. The photographer guides the camera just through holding the shoulders and moving his or her body from behind as they walk.
The photographer chooses something and guides the eyes of the camera to an image. Maybe the camara has to bend, move...
When photographer finds the picture,  press the solders to take the picture, which means the camera opens the eyes for 3 seconds, then close the eyes.
Each pair takes 3 pictures and . Then explain to the group.
